Shipping Policy

We do not ship Kratom to certain states or counties due to legislation which prohibits the sale of Mitragyna Speciosa. See Legality Map here (https://kratomanswers.org/ ) to determine if our product is legal in your area. 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

First Class 3-5 business days. FREE
Priority 2-3 business days. FREE
Priority Express 1-2 business days. (USPS MARKET PRICE)
USPS will deliver your package by 8Pm on the day it is estimate for delivery. TheHealthPlace.net does not guarantee delivery by a specific time of day. USPS Priority Express usually delivers next day (Excluding Weekends) but is NOT a guarantee overnight option, you may very well receive your package in 2 business days.

*We ship 6 days a week 3 weeks out of a month. We do not ship on Holiday's*

Shipping

 Orders will be shipped on the SAME BUSINESS DAY that payment is collected if payment is made before 3:30pm Eastern time. The exceptions include weekends, federal holidays, and office closures due to weather or emergencies.  We do ship on Saturdays according to a first come first serve basis.  If you have an urgent need for expedited shipping, please place your order and then email us.

We will do our best to get it out ASAP but cannot guarantee shipping times-that depends on the carrier. We also cannot guarantee that expedited orders received with payment after 3:30pm will make it to its destination same day due to USPS. ‚Äč

Not Responsible

Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. You should receive tracking information once your order is ready to go out.  If your package does not arrive but shows delivered in the carrier's tracking system, we will not be held liable.  If the package does not arrive and tracking indicates such, the extent of our liability is to aid you in locating the package with the carrier. In the rare case it gets damaged or opened in transit, stolen, or modified, we do not accept responsibility although we will work with you to ensure you get your money back from the carrier or replacement. 

*Note we try our best to accommodate the shipping method selected at checkout, however, in some cases-for instance, if the size/quantity of your products does not fit the type of package/service selected, this may be changed at our discretion.
