My go to for almost 8 years
White Maeng Da I found was the best balance between relief and energy. I use kratom occasionally 3 days a week so for my individual need, this kratom type has worked for me. I've only increased from 2-3 capsules (for every 4 hours - max at 6 capsules/day) in the last 6 years of using White Maeng Da. I've tried other strains and they were fine. But I seem to keep going back to this one.
